As a serial tech entrepreneur, purpose-driven leader and the co-founder of Novatiq, Jonno has been at the forefront of data-driven marketing since 1995. He has raised startups on three continents and held executive positions in multinational corporations, most recently Experian where he led the global data management practice at Experian Data Quality. Dedicated, clear thinking and unfailingly cheerful, Jonno combines his proven company-building and go-to-market experience to lead our next stage of business growth.
Tanya’s expertise sits at the intersection of digital transformation, advertising and telcos. Before co-founding Novatiq, she was Director of Mobile Data at Telefonica where she spearheaded the earliest developments of mobile network operator consent technology; later joining Vodafone to design a global customer data consent management platform which is still deployed across Vodafone’s footprint today. A global thought leader and speaker on data privacy, Tanya drives the GSMA and E5 initiatives on global mobile data and was elected to sit on the inaugural global board of the MMA. Tanya is the chief product visionary at Novatiq, responsible for defining our best-in-class identity solutions and product roadmap.
During his 15+ years in the field, co-founder Tom has set up commercial finance functions and driven exponential sales growth in a number of highly disruptive technology businesses, including EDF Energy, British American Tobacco and online fashion unicorn Asos. Tom brings a unique blend of finance and entrepreneurial expertise to Novatiq, which he uses to skilfully lead our finance, legal and people portfolios to the next stage of dynamic growth.
A veteran of global media agencies, Joe has a 20+ year track record of leading the world’s most recognisable brands through digital disruption and transformational change. He’s led digital media activity for telecoms giants like Telefonica and is known for solving the toughest growth challenges through data and technology. As Novatiq’s CCO, he’s responsible for bringing Novatiq’s ID solutions to the advertising industry, putting his searing insights to work in transforming advertising relevancy for the industry he loves.
As Novatiq’s CTO, Mark is responsible for our tech infrastructure and cloud services. He previously worked at high-tech blue chips IBM, EE and Fujitsu and is recognised as a thought leader in simplifying tech advancement and user experience.
Our Director of Operations Alex developed his career in a number of high-growth start-ups as well as global organisations including West Unified Communications, Magnetic North and Davivienda. He leads Novatiq’s program and account management, standards and privacy compliance.
Ian is passionate about understanding consumer behaviours and improving the customer experience through the ethical use of data. For the past 20 years he’s been doing exactly that, working with Acxiom, LiveRamp, Infosum, eBay, Paypal, Facebook, Tesco, Dunnhumby, Nectar, Telefonica and others in the provision of recognition and analytics solutions to improve customer privacy, experience, data monetisation and advertising efficiencies. As Director of Telco Partnerships, Ian is responsible for ensuring our telco partners have the most privacy compliant ID solution in place to support their growth.
Jurgita is a senior marketing professional with almost 20 years of strategic and end-to-end marketing experience, predominantly in the telecoms, data monetisation and mobile advertising sectors. Highlights include heading up Vodafone’s global strategy initiative to create value beyond the core business and leading the development of differentiating strategies for products across Vodafone’s highest-value franchise partners. Jurgita’s expertise lies in thinking out of the box to develop marketing strategies that result in significant growth.
