At Novatiq, we believe in giving back to causes that are close to our heart. That’s why we’re so delighted to announce our partnership with Children with Cancer UK, a charity dedicated to developing safer, kinder and more effective childhood cancer therapies and providing support for families when they need it most.
Children with Cancer UK funds pioneering childhood cancer research, world-leading clinicians and scientists who are committed to developing more effective and kinder treatments for childhood cancers. They also fund vital emotional and practical support to those that need it most, the children and their families.
Childhood cancer is an issue that affects communities across the UK and, with over 4,200 children diagnosed each year, we know it’s vital to do something to help. This incredible charity has a 35-year track record of helping children with cancer and their families. Every penny they raise is used to fund research and deliver clinical trials that will save lives in the future and support families through this difficult time.
Charitable support is a cornerstone of our brand. It’s a way for us to come together as a team, outside of work, and show our collective social conscience. In supporting Children with Cancer UK, we believe we can make a real difference to the lives of hundreds of families as an ethical, caring organisation.
To kick off our partnership with Children with Cancer UK, we ran a special fundraising activity called ‘Name the Donks!’ One of our amazing colleagues was taking delivery of a pair of rescue donkeys for rehoming, and they needed naming. We invited colleagues and supporters to throw their hats into the ring and received some fantastic suggestions.
The winning names are…Bonnie and Clyde. We think they’re perfect for this boy-girl donkey duo!
We’re absolutely thrilled to partner with such an incredible charity and welcome any support you can offer. Please donate if you feel able, on our Just Giving Page. We’ll be announcing more fundraising activities in the coming weeks, so follow us on social media to stay up to date with our progress. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
